Good to know

The house is located in the central part of Rapid City providing easy access to The Monument event center and the Rapid City Executive Golf Course. It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. What guests love about our listing: ➥Game room with air hockey, foosball, and darts. ➥We are a 5 minute walk to The Monument. This is great if you are in town for a concert or sporting event. ➥Centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area. ➥Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest ➥Free in-suite laundry ➥Off street parking ➥Easy self check-in via secure door keypad ➥Fast Wifi What some guests don't love about our listing: ➥Two of the bedrooms and one bathroom are located in the basement. We do have egress windows throughout the basement and full height ceilings so it doesn't feel cramped at all. ➥The basement tends to vary from the main level in temperature. We only have one thermostat for the whole house. ➥We have a sump pump in the basement that occasionally makes some noise. We provide a portable fan in each bedroom if you like background noise while you sleep. Our home sleeps ten guests with one king bed and four queen beds. ➥All beds complete with fresh sheets, a light comforter, and a blanket. Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Enjoy your stay, we hope it feels like home!

Other Details to Note

We are dog friendly but please keep them on the main level. Dogs are not allowed in the lower level of the home. We have a gate at the top of steps to assist with keeping them upstairs. Make sure you pick up your dog poop and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. We do not allow any other type of pets. Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

House Rules

- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. -We are dog friendly but please keep them on the main level. Dogs are not allowed in the lower level of the home. We have a gate at the top of steps to assist with keeping them upstairs. Make sure you pick up your dog poop and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. We do not allow any other type of pets. - Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old.  - Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. - No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. - The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. - Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. - Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

Beautiful house, with a great view out the front deck! Was an easy walk to the Monument. Had all we needed from kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, and more! Highly recommend:)

This house was great for what we needed it for. Had most things we needed. Very clean, but house could use some TLC. I personally thing 10am is too early for departure requirement on last day, but we made it work. Would recommend extending to 11am for customer convenience. All in all, very satisfied and would book again.

This house was very clean and had all that we needed. There is no 'formal' sitting area upstairs-just the kitchen table and chairs, that was a challenge for us since we have a lapdog. Downstairs, that is where the game room and living room are located; and pets are not allowed-which we knew they weren't allowed downstairs, (didn't realize from the listing the downstairs was the only sitting-hangout area-outside of the kitchen....) So keep in mind if you have a high maintenance, emotional dog. 🥲 Upstairs there is three bedrooms, one with a bathroom attached. Of course the kitchen, laundry and main level bathroom. And then two beds down stairs, with the game room, living room and third bathroom. Quiet neighbor hood, nice fenced front yard to let the pup out to potty.

We absolutely loved loved this place! Clean, just the right space for my family. They were so easy to work with. We needed to check in early and they were awesome and made it happen. We were able to walk to our location and that was awesome. We will be back Forsure 🤩

We loved our stay. As soon as you walked in, you could smell how clean the home was. It was so close to everything in the area, and the kitchen was very accommodating. We cant wait until next visit.
