The house is located in the Northwest part of Rapid City providing easy access to Camp Rapid and downtown Rapid City. It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. What guests love about our listing: ➥Dog friendly (sorry no other pets allowed) ➥Fully fenced back yard ➥Garage access ➥We are about a 7 minute drive from downtown ➥Centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area. ➥Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest ➥Free in-suite laundry ➥Off street parking ➥Easy self check-in via secure door keypad ➥Fast Wifi What some guests don't love about our listing: ➥Our garage does not have electricity. If you'd like to use it you'll have to open it by hand from the inside. ➥The second bedroom and bathroom are in the basement. The bedroom does have egress windows that provide plenty of light. Our home sleeps 6 guests two queen beds and one sofa sleeper. ➥All beds complete with fresh sheets, a light comforter, and a blanket. Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Enjoy your stay, we hope it feels like home!

Other Details to Note

We are dog friendly but we do not allow any other types of pets. Make sure you pick up your dog poop and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. We have a garage available but it does not have electricity. If you want to park in garage you will need to open it by hand from the inside. Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

House Rules

- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. -We are dog friendly (limit of 2) but do not allow any other pets. Make sure you pick up your dog poop and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins - Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. - Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old. - No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. - The maximum occupancy on this property is 6 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. - Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $200, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. - Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

You will have complete and private access to our house during your stay. We have a kitchen stocked with all the basic utensils and appliances. We also have a garage access and fully fenced back yard that are private and available for you to use.

This cute house was perfect for my husband and I along with our adult son. He was able to use the downstairs area as his area. There is a gas station within walking distance and it's a great home-base for sight-seeing. The kitchen is well-equipped. We chose not to bring our dogs, but the yard would be great for exercising. There are a few areas that they could get out if you left them alone. The bed is comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was above and beyond. Adam and Saunta were very proactive about how to get into the house and reaching out to make sure we didn’t need anything. The house is beautiful and very clean. We brought out dog and they had all things a dog parent could need to make sure hey felt at home too!
