Good to know

The house is located in the central part of Rapid City providing easy access to The Monument event center and the Rapid City Executive Golf Course. It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. What guests love about our listing: ➥Game room with pool table and foosball. ➥We are a 10 minute walk to The Monument. This is great if you are in town for a concert or sporting event. ➥Centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area. ➥Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest ➥Free in-suite laundry ➥Off street parking ➥Easy self check-in via secure door keypad ➥Fast Wifi What some guests don't love about our listing: ➥The game room and laundry is in the unfinished basement that has cement floors. There are some rugs placed throughout the basement area. ➥The basement tends to vary from the main level in temperature. We only have one thermostat for the whole house. Our home sleeps 8 guests with one queen bed, two full beds, and one sofa sleeper. ➥All beds complete with fresh sheets, a light comforter, and a blanket. Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Enjoy your stay, we hope it feels like home!

We are dog friendly but have a limit of 2. Make sure you pick up your dog poop and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. We do not allow any other type of pets. Self check-in/keyless entry. Easily check yourself in with an electronic lock. Your code will be provided prior to your check-in time. Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the house with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.

House Rules

- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. -We are dog friendly but have a limit of 2. Make sure you pick up your dog poop and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins. We do not allow any other type of pets. - Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old.  - Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. - No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. - The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. - Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $250, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. - Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, had good back yard for the pup to run around, and the kids loved the basement with the pool table. Would definitely stay there again.

It was one of the best places and best experiences I have stayed in. The hosts were amazing, microwave went out which happens but they had it replaced that same day. I would recommend staying at any of their places they are 10 out 10

My friends and I LOVED the place! We felt right at home, and check-in was so easy and simple. We loved playing Monopoly and the game of life. We loved how close it was to downtown and a short drive to the mall! Thank you, guys, for hosting us. We really enjoyed it!

4 Friends and I stayed her for two nights. The house was the perfect size and the pool table was a great hit. The house was very clean and everything worked as it should. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, and The Monument event center, which is rhetorical reason we booked here.
