Good to know

The home is located on the very western edge of Rapid City. It is private and secluded but still only minutes from town. It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area. ➥Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest ➥Free in-suite laundry ➥Easy self check-in via secure door keypad ➥Fast Wifi What some guests don't love about our listing: ➥No cell phone service. We have Wi-Fi so you can still keep in touch by enabling the Wi-Fi calling/texting in your phone settings. ➥During the winter months the driveway is fully shaded. It is difficult to get all the snow to melt even when shoveled so the driveway gets muddy at times. Our home sleeps 8 guests. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. ➥2 bedrooms with queen beds ➥1 bedroom with a king bed ➥1 bedroom with twin bunkbeds Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Enjoy your stay, we hope it feels like home!

House Rules

- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. - Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old.  - Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. This home is fairly seclude but there are other residences in the area. Please respect our neighbors. - No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. - Approved by Pennington County License Number CUCU24-0010. - The maximum occupancy on this property is 8 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. - Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out time unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 1 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500 but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. - Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

Great stay in the Black Hills/Rapid City area! The place was super clean with a nice, updated interior. There was plenty of space for sleeping, and having two bathrooms made everything really convenient. Everything we needed was provided like lots of towels, soft blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, and even small touches like Febreze. The hosts clearly put thought into making the stay comfortable. We also appreciated the games and TVs for relaxing. Overall, a really great experience with awesome hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay! Cozy and lots of room. It was also very clean and near everything. It does get very dark around this area as there are no light posts. But overall great stay.
