Our home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Rapid City. It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. House Rules

- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. - Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. - No pets allowed in the home. - No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. - The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. - Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. - Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

Great stay! Close to everything, clean, and hosts were super accommodating and responsive. The place had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, kitchen was stocked with the basics (coffee, filters, spices, oils) and there were fun games for the kids.
