The house is located on the west side of Rapid City providing easy access to Canyon Lake Park and Meadowbrook Golf Course. It It is centrally located amongst all the attractions that western South Dakota has to offer. What guests love about our listing: ➥Dog friendly. ➥We are right across the street from Canyon Lake Park which offers playgrounds, fishing, horse-shoe pits, and more. ➥Centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Badlands National Park, Custer State Park, Wind Cave National Park, and all the other attractions in the area. ➥Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest ➥Free in-suite laundry ➥Off street parking ➥Easy self check-in via secure door keypad ➥Fast Wifi What some guests don't love about our listing: ➥There is some potential for traffic noise. The house is located on a fairly busy street. The traffic is much lighter during the evening/night and isn't very noticeable while in the house. Our home sleeps eights guests with three queen beds and one double/full sized sofa sleeper. ➥All beds complete with fresh sheets and comforters changed between each guest Complimentary Wi-Fi, tea, and coffee. The kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, basic cookware, and all the standard kitchen appliances. Enjoy your stay, we hope it feels like home!

House Rules

- This is NOT A PARTY HOME, any reservation found to have unregistered overnight guests in the home will be escorted off the property and the booking will immediately be cancelled with no refund. - Primary renter must be 21+ years old and at least one person staying at the property must be at least 21 years old.  -We are dog friendly (limit of 2) but we do not allow any other types of pets. Make sure you pick up your dog poop and dispose of it in the outside garbage bins.  - Quiet time hours between 11 PM and 7 AM. - No smoking of any kind (cigarette, marijuana or vaping) - a $250 fee will be charged if the property smells of smoke, or any evidence is found that smoking occurred inside the property. - The maximum occupancy on this property is 10 people. Additional friends/family are allowed at the property during your stay but please make sure that all overnight guests are declared on the reservation. - Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the house is left messy and unorderly. Please follow check out procedures prior to departure. - Late check-out fee of $50 per hour will be applied if you have not vacated the property by the 10 AM check out unless prior permission is granted from the host. If check out is more than 2 hours late, you will be charged for an additional day and will be charged at our base nightly rate of $500, but this does not award you to stay for the additional day as this could impact other reservations. - Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund.

The hosts were extremely connected with us throughout our entire stay. Would recommend their place to friends and family. Price was perfect for the location near all of the adventures we wanted in the Mount Rushmore area.

We totally enjoyed our stay in Rapid City at Adam & Saunta's Airbnb! The home is clean and well-appointed with everything we needed to prepare a meal and celebrate Christmas with our RC family. Loved the little extras like coffee & spices in the kitchen and shampoo, soap and hair dryer in the bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable. Appreciated the fenced yard for our pup! And, the location across the street from the lovely Canyon Lake Park is ideal! Adam & Saunta provided all the info we needed and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. Would definitely stay at this location again!

This house is amazing! Our family felt right at home. Adam and Saunta were very responsive and provided everything we needed for our stay. The place was well stocked for the two weeks we spent there. The game room basement was the best part of our stay. The Pac Man arcade game and ping pong table was a great hit with our children. I highly recommend booking this place. Also, make sure to utilize the beautiful park across the street and try the local restaurants. There's plenty to do for everyone in the family.

Many attractions within 30 minutes and a great park across the street to walk the dogs. The house and features were exactly as described and there were no issues encountered during the entire stay. If you're headed to Rapid City for any occasion and you want the feeling of being at home, I highly recommend Adam & Saunta's place. They were proactive with communications and set clear expectations that made the entire experience a great one.

Very nice home and perfect location for our plans. Nice back yard for our two dogs to run and enjoy the sun. The Canyon Lake Park across the street was perfect for long walks to exercise the four legged travelers. We were easily able to make a day trip to all the area National Parks, State Parks and points of interest. Home was very clean and well stocked with everything from kitchen tools, gas grill, supplies, paper products, linens and bathroom essentials. We will definitely recommend the home to any friends or family traveling to the area. Thank you for making your home feel like home away from home.
